Refund policy

Return Window We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received, with all original tags and packaging intact.

How to Initiate a Return To start a return, please contact us at cory@windridgecamps.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions and our return address.

Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit back to us.

Refund Processing Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:

  • Sale items (all sales are final)
  • Items without original tags or packaging
  • Used, worn, or damaged items

Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please return the original item and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at cory@windridgecamps.com with photos. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
